Bergen Executive Safety & Award Committee

The 2012 Safety Incentive Program quarterly report forms and self inspection checklists are now fill-able. We have also provided hard copies of these forms for Safety Coordinators and Risk Managers to help assist members in managing their safety programs.

Members will no longer mail or fax any SIP documentation to the Safety Director's office. The new fill-able forms should be completed each quarter and sent electronically. Copies of each submission should be maintained onsite for recordkeeping purposes as well as for the Bergen JIF Safety Consultant to review during regular visits.
